Calvary Faith is a small town church located in Placerville, CA. Pastor Glenda Johnson has attended Calvary Faith for more than 20 years and has been pastor for the past 8 years. Glenda has a heart to love on people and to share what God has done in her life and what God has done and will do for you.

The people at Calvary Faith long to see God move in our community. To break every evil chain that holds this community down. We long to reach out to a lost generation that is looking for answers and hope. We long to see God heal his people spiritually and physically. To see people set on fire for God, filled with the Holy Spirit, and to go forth in sharing the passion and love of Jesus Christ.

What we believe

We believe in God, the Father, maker of heaven and earth and in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord a virgin birth. We believe God's Holy Spirit still indwells the hearts of men. We believe that prayer is answered when in faith we call on Him. We believe through Pontius Pilate Jesus Christ was crucified, dead, and buried, then descended to the place where death resides. We believe that on the third day from the tomb He rose again. Then from earth to heaven ascended seated now at God's right hand. We believe that Christ is worthy to receive the highest praise. So we set our minds to worship and our hearts to Him we raise. We believe that Christ is coming with His kingdom near at hand. Judging both the dead and living, every tribe and every land.
